On September 30, 2011, Region 1 entered into an expedited settlement agreement with DirtGlue Enterprises, LLC (DirtGlue) of Amesbury, Massachusetts addressing a violation of Section 312 of EPCRA and the federal regulations promulgated thereunder. DirtGlue failed to submit a Tier II Emergency and Hazardous Chemical Inventory form for a hazardous chemical present at the facility for calendar year 2009. Pursuant to the agreement, DirtGlue paid a $2,000 penalty.
