This Administrative Order is the 3rd AO issued to the Southside Well Improvement and Service District. Ongoing violations include exceeding the total coliform maximum contaminant level; failure to take total coliform repeat samples; failure to monitor as required, failure to provide public notice of the violations; and failure to report these violations to EPA.
