Respondent is a permitted MS4 Rensselaer, NY. An MS4 Audit was conducted from November 17-19, 2009 and identified the Respondent was not complying with the terms and conditions of the NYSDEC MS4 General Permit. An Administrative Order was issued on June 3, 2010 (CWA-02-2010-3032) to order the facility to comply with Permit conditions. Injunctive relief was already calculated for the Order issued on 6/3/10. The current Order establishes a revised compliance schedule for addressing the items listed in the Order.
