This Administrative Order is issued to Bruce and Susan Hendrick, owners of the Star Valley Trailer Court. The violations include failure to monitor total coliform bacteria, triggered source water sampling, and lead and copper; a total coliform bacteria maximum contaminant level violation; failure to notify the public of the violations; and failure to report the violations to EPA.
