Stormwater associated with industrial activity from this facility is discharged into a tributary to Cayuga Creek, a navigable water of the US, via a storm drain located on site. A duly authorized representative of EPA conducted a reconnaissance inspection of the Facility on 5/14/2009. The facility failed to obtain coverage under the NYSDEC SPDES MSGP and/or obtain No Exposure Certification for exclusion.
