On September 30, 2011, Region 1 issued a Notice of Violation and Administrative Order to Mann Distribution LLC and 3134 Post LLC for violations of the Clean Air ActÂs (CAA) General Duty Clause at the companies chemical blending, packaging, distribution and storage facility in Warwick, Rhode Island. The companies failed to separate incompatible chemicals, maintain adequate aisle space to allow for the identification of and access to hazardous chemicals, and install fire suppression, detection, and alarm systems at the facility.
