On April 21, 2011, EPA entered into an expedited settlement agreement with Tango Yankee LLC (Tango) d/b/a Business Aircraft Center of Danbury, Connecticut. Tango violated the Oil Pollution Prevention regulations at 40 C.F.R. Part 112, promulgated under Section 311(j) of the Clean Water Act by failing to have an adequate Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plan. Pursuant to the agreement, Tango paid a $4,000 penalty.
