This Administrative Compliance Order is issued to Tim and Deborah Bishop, owners of the Medicine Bow Lodge, for exceeding the maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria, failure to conduct triggered source monitoring, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA.
