This Emergency Administrative Order is issued to Peter J. Moore and Bonnie Smith-Moore, owners of the Grasslands Mobile Home Park, for exceeding the MCL for gross alpha, failure to monitor for radionuclides and total coliform, and failure to provide notice to the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA.
