Two structures were allegedly not placarded, gas pilot lights were not extinguished in one structure, food was not removed and cabinets doors were not opened from several apartments, all required by label directions, in violation of FIFRA 12(a)(2)(G). The Complaint proposes a penalty of $20,100.
