This enforcement action was filed in response to a release of anhydrous ammonia (9 x RQ) which occurred on 4/21/2007 while a Grainco employee was applying ammonia on a farmer's field and a nurse tank hit a hole in the ground and flipped on its side. The incident was reported approximately 15 hrs after the release.
