The RSC Dairy, LLC operates a concentrated animal feeding operation (dairy) located in Tillamook, Oregon. During an inspection at the dairy by EPA and ODA in January 2010, two discharges of animal waste not authorized by the dairyÂs NPDES permit were documented. The dairy has since remedied the conditions that lead to these unauthorized discharges. The dairy has agreed pay a penalty of $12,000 for the two violations.
