SHARDA USA, LLC is in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(E) of FIFRA which states that it is unlawful for a registrant, wholesaler, retailer, or distributor to sell or distribute a misbranded pesticide. Complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order (CCAFO) was filed March 16, 2011 for misbranded pesticides and a penalty issued. Facility has corrected violation and paid penalty. Case closed 04/21/11.
