Two VersaCold facilities (New Ulm and Zumbrota, MN) each failed to submit Tier II forms to the SERC and fire departments for calendar year 2007 for the following three chemicals which were stored above reporting thresholds during that time period: ammonia, sulfuric acid, lead.
