Company's six stations failed to meet numerous UST regulations including inadequate overfill, proper release detection for tanks and piping, maintaining annual Line Leak Detector tests, missing corrosion tests, temporary closure violations for one tank and record keeping. Also EPA is citing Respondents for failure to investigate a potential leak within 24 hours when sump alarm sensors failed.
