This complaint results from the Respondent's failure to comply with release detection monitoring, upgrade, recordkeeping and other requirements for underground storage tanks at least thirty-three facilities. The relief requested included a civil penalty and injunctive relief in the form of requiring the County to come into compliance with the regulations. The complaint seeks the statutory maximum penalty with a total of 74 counts.
