This facility was issued a Field Citation for the following violations: 280.31(b) - Failure to ensure proper operation of CP system; 280.41(a) - Failure to monitor tanks at least 30 days; 280.41(b)(1)(ii) - Failure to have annual line tightness test or perform monthly monitoring on pressurized piping, 280.44(a) - Failure to provide adequate leak detection system for underground piping. There was no injunctive relief sought.
