Hitachi Chemical DuPont MicroSystems LLC disclosed violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)section 5 manufacturing and processing notices requirements and the Premanufacture Notificaiton Exemption requirements at 40 C.F.R. Part 723.50 for one chemical substance.
