Multiple LDAR violations were found at East Kodak in Rochester, NY. These violations included failure to identify components subject to LDAR, failure to monitor components subject to LDAR, failure to conduct initial/final repairs at leaking components, and reporting violations. Kodak has rectified its noncompliance issues. A settlement was reached for penalty payment and completion of a SEP.
