Willowood USA, LLC is in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E) and 7 U.S.C. and 136j(a)(1)(E) which states it is unlawful to distribute or sale to any person any pesticide which is misbranded. The product is in violation of FIFRA because the product label bears the inactive EPA Establishment Number 84154-CHN-001. CAFO was issued for violation with a penalty. Willowwood USA, LLC has paid penalty in full July 2011. Case closed.
