On multiple dates between October and December 2006, respondent discharged dredged an/or fill material into jurisdictional waters of the US without a permit issued by the Corps of Engineers. Location of the violation was Mississippi River Chute No. 69, Section 29, twp 7 So, Range 2 East, Desha County, AR.Respondent shall pay a civil penalty in the amount of $50,000 to settle violations alleged in the complaint.
