This enforcement action was filed in response to violations Of CAA 112(r)(7) which were discovered during a Risk Management Plan (RMP) inspection which took place on 6/24/2009. Violations were found in the areas of hazard review, operating procedures, emergency shutdown operations, refresher training and compliance audits.
