This Administrative Order is issued to BHAGAT, LLC, owner of the Antelope Truck Stop #1, for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to take repeat samples after a positive coliform sample, failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA.
