The Order is required to ensure that Henrichs Farms Ltd (Henrichs), a medium Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) with approximately 235 head of dairy cows, ceases manure and process wastewater discharges to an intermittent tributary which flows northeast approximately 3.3 miles to perennial Shoal Creek. The Order will also compel Henrichs to provide the necessary containment structures to properly manage wastes generated at the site.
