Motiva Enterprises LLC has disclosed for three of their facilities (Motiva Enterprises LLC Dallas Terminal, Dallas, TX, Motiva - Kenner Terminal, Kenner, LA, and Motiva - Pasadena Terminal, Pasadena, TX)for violation of EPCRA 313 to U.S. EPA. After reviewing the Audit Policy Checklist they submitted, 100% of the gravity base penalty was mitigated. Economic benefit was deemed insignificant.
