This enforcement action was filed in response to violations to CAA 112(r)(7) which were discovered during a Risk Management Plan (RMP) inspection conducted on 7/9/2008. Violations occurred in the areas of safety/hazard review, emergency shutdown procedures and operations for the handling of chlorine, written equipment inspection procedures and refresher training for the operators.
