Bailey Charter Elementary School failed to conduct an inspection and develop an asbestos management plan as required under the Asbestos Hazard Emergency response Act (AHERA). The charter school has since had an asbestos management plan prepared. Bailey Charter Elementary School was fined $16,900 less the cost of coming into compliance with AHERA.
