Willowood USA, LLC is in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(E)which states it is unlawful for a registrant, wholesaler, retailer, or distributor to sell or distribute a misbranded pesticide. A Complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order (CCAFO)was filed 4/11/11 against Willowwood USA, LLC for violation listed above. The facility has corrected their violation and penalty is paid. Case closed 07/20/11.
