This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order in Consent is issued to Doe Run Resources Corporation. This settlement provides for the performance of a removal action by Respondent at or in connection with the Barker-Hughesville Superfund Site generally located near the town of Monarch in Cascade and Judith Basin Counties, Montana.
