This Compliance Order is issued to Gandomcar Properties and Jahanbin (John) Gandomcar for violating the Clean Water Act for an unauthorized discharge of dredged and fill material into Plum Creek which occured in connection with contruction of an irrigation diversion, construction of a stream crossing, and clearing and grading the stream banks on property located in Douglas County.
