Kentwood Brick & Tile Manufacturing was inspected on December 4, 2010 pursuant to Section 313 of EPCRA (reporting toxic chemical releases and other waste management activities) and seven reporting violations were discovered. The facility failed to report certain compounds for RY 2005-2008. A combination Complaint and CAFO was filed with the Regional Hearing clerk and sent to the facility on June 29, 2011, with a final assessed civil penalty and given 30 days to pay. On July 18 Kentwood Brick & Tile Manufacturing paid penalty. Case closed 7/18/2011.
