This agreement provides for the Respondent, a Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser (BFPP), to perform a removal action at Luchetti Industrial Park, under CERCLA. Respondent also agreed to reimburse EPAÂs oversight costs, and to provide financial assurance for the work. The remaining removal activities primarily involve asbestos abatement in the oil refinery portion of the facility.
