Administrative complaint issued to El Dorado Chemical Company, Respondent, located in El Dorado, Union County, Arkansas, for violation of the Clean Water Act. Respondent owned or operated a wastewater treatment plant and an ammononim nitrate, nitrate acid, and sulfuric acid manufacturing facility.
