Hydril Westwego Manufacturing Plant in Westwego, Louisiana was inspected pursuant to Section 313 of EPCRA (reporting toxic chemical releases and other waste management activities) and eight reporting violations were discovered. A combination CAFO was filed with the Regional Hearing Clerk and sent to the facility on June 29, 2011 with a final assessed civil penalty.
