Maverick Tube LLC Corporation in Conroe, Texas was inspected pursuant to Section 313 of EPCRA (reporting toxic chemical releases and other waste management activities) and three (3) reporting violations were discovered. A combination Complaint and CAFO was filed with the Regional Hearing Clerk and sent to the facility on June 29, 2011 with a final assessed civil penalty.
