Texas ARAI (formerly Steel Pipe Fittings Manufacturing/Maverick Tube Corporation) in Houston, Texas was inspected pursuant to Section 313 of EPCRA (reporting toxic chemical releases and other waste management activities) and thirteen (13) reporting violations were discovered. A combination Complaint and CAFO was filed with the Regional Hearing Clerk and sent to the facility on June 29, 2011 with a final assessed civil penalty.
