Hydril Company, McCarty Manufacturing Plant in Houston, Texas was inspected pursuant to Section 313 of EPCRA (reporting toxic chemical releases and other waste management activities) and ten (10) reporting violations were discovered. A comination Complaint and CAFO was filed with the Regional Hearing Clerk and sent to the facility on June 29, 2011 with a final assessed civil penalty.
