This enforcement action was filed in response to a release of approximately 78 barrels of oil, contained in wastewater, into the Des Plaines River near Joliet, IL on 2/8/2009. A subsequent inspection of the responsible facility on 2/11/2009 also identified deficiencies in its SPCC Plan.
