On 3/7/2011, Goodrich voluntarily disclosed violations to EPCRA 312 for calendar years 2009 and 2010 in their failure to report FRC-1, a fire retardant, to the SERC, LEPC and fire department with jurisdiction over the facility.
Goodrich meets all of the criteria of the Self-Disclosure Policy and is eligible for a notice of non-compliance with no penalty assessed.
