OK Gravel, LLC. (Respondent) has agreed to pay a $7,500 penalty to settle violations of Section 301(a) of the Clean Water Act (CWA), 33 U.S.C. § 1311 for unauthorized discharges of pollutants to waters of the United States. This enforcement action was resolved through an administrative consent agreement and final order pursuant to Clean Water Act section 309(g)(2)(A) on September 30, 2011.
