Respondent has agreed to address certain environmental conditions at 147 petroleum service stations located throughout Puerto Rico that they had acquired from Caribbean Petroleum Corporation through a court-ordered bankruptcy sale. Respondent is a cooperative prospective purchaser who was not responsible for contamination at any of the acquired service stations.
