The proposed consent decree fully resolves claims of the U.S. EPA against the Estate of F. Paul Meeuwenberg and Richard A. Meeuwenberg, in his capacity as Representative of the Estate, for response costs and injunctive relief under CERCLA,regarding the Grand Traverse Overall Supply Superfund Site in Greilickville, Michigan.
