A comparative LDAR inspection was conducted by an inspector from EPA Region 5 and DESA inspectors from EPA Region 2. As a result of this inspection EPA identified violations of the LDAR and process vent standards of the Pharmaceutical MACT(40 CFR Part 63 Subpart GGG) at the facility . The facility is now in compliance with these standards and agreed to pay a penalty.
