Respondent owns and operates the Lloyd Harbor Equestrian Center located in Huntington, New York. EPA conducted an inspection of the Facility on February 17, 2011 and documented the unauthorized injection of manure into three (3) dry wells located in the area where manure is stored. Relief requested includes the implementation of temporary Best Management Practices (BMPs) and the implementation of a BMP Plan.
