Region Issues Unilateral Access Order in Connection with Vapor Intrusion Sampling at Commercial Property (Chem-Fab Superfund Site, Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania) Region 3 has issued a CERCLA § 104(e)(5) unilateral access order to Turog Properties Limited, which owns property and buildings at 300-360 North Broad Street in Doylestown, Pennsylvania (the ÂPropertyÂ). The Property is part of the Chem-Fab Superfund Site.
