Respondent is a large dairy CAFO in Hamilton, New York that is not complying with the terms and conditions of the NYSDEC CAFO General Permit. The facility failed to conduct required inspections of stormwater diversions, water lines, and manure storage and maintain all records and reports for at least 5 years from date reported. An Administrative Order is being issued to immediately initiate required inspections and improve recordkeeping in accordance with Permit requirements.
