This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Greenlee Textron; Inc. The violation involves failure to file timely and/or correct Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Forms required under Section 313 for lead in 2005; 2007; 2008 and 2009. These violations were voluntarily disclosed under the EPA Audit Policy on 5/9/2007 and 7/1/2010; but the facility failed to satisfy all required conditions to warrent a 100% mitigation of the assessed civil administrative penalty.
