Respondent, located in Lodi, NJ disclosed potential violations to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Audit Policy on July 29, 2010. The facility failed to file a Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Form R report for chlorodiflluoromethane for calendar year 2009 in a timely manner. EPA has determined that the facility meets the conditions of the Audit Policy for 100% elimination of the total gravity-based penalties. The violations that qualify for relief under the Audit Policy have been corrected by the Respondent as they filed the report with EPA on July 30, 2010.
