On September 29, 2011, EPA settled administrative penalty actions against Triosyn Corp. of Williston, Vermont and Boyd Technologies, Inc. of South Lee, Massachusetts for violations of the pesticide reporting requirements under FIFRA Section 7. Triosyn agreed to pay a penalty of $11,205; Boyd agreed to pay a penalty of $4,455.
