EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO), under our authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act, to Mo-Dad Utilities, LLC Â Woodland Crossing 5 Subdivision, located in Denham Springs, Louisiana. The AO was issued in response to violations of NPDES Permit Number LAG570397. Violations include, but are not limited to, improper operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment facility and failure to properly remove and dispose of solids, debris, and raw sewage. The AO requires Mo-Dad Utilities, LLC Â Woodland Crossing 5 Subdivision to return to compliance with its NPDES Permit.
